Factory is a shared method for people, planning/coordinator agents and AgentOps. Return here when preparing a factory or reconsidering how it works. Each project keeps its own definition, context and selected skills; it does not copy this whole guide.
Use the agreed method revision or its reviewed portable release. Workers receive the relevant instructions and context; they do not need unrestricted access to this site or its connected sources.

The layers show responsibilities, not a sequence. Foundation prepares the setup. Products are examples, not requirements or installed integrations. Open the Architecture diagram for smaller screens.

Start small. Choose one clear task. Prepare what it needs, let AgentOps coordinate the work, then check, independently review and deliver the result.

Prepare three areas, as needed:
The tasks, skills, models, tools, workspace and access needed for the work.
The goal, context, standards, agreed scope and checks for the result.
Where work is tested and delivered, and how tools and the result are maintained.
The library contains the instructions and supporting files. Core methods are the working Notion edition; software and defence methods are pinned released references. Dedicated BI and Research methods are still to come.
One YAML original in Notion; Git copies are versioned exports.
