AgentOps reads the declaration. It does not apply settings or grant access by itself; the chosen tools enforce their actual configuration.

The default is two independent reviewers with the roles above; projects and tasks may override it within their mandate. Automation defaults and the update owner remain to be decided.

Warp’s platform validates and applies its definition. We currently have an agent-interpreted declaration, without that platform engine. See Warp’s definition and Foreman instructions.
